I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories involve filling notebooks with imaginary characters and doodles. Now, instead of notebooks I fill sketchbooks with my many drawings and ideas.

I draw my inspiration from Mexican Art and culture, as well as from American pop culture. I believe it is important for people to pursue their dreams and to never give up, or as the classic Mexican saying goes, "NO TE RAJES!"

Shortly after receiving my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Illustration from California State University, Fullerton, I started a small T-Shirt company (Mis Nopales) along with my brother. I also received my teaching credential in Art about the same time. Since starting the company, I have had little time to work on my own artwork, but I am finally getting back to it in 2008. This website will display my artwork from 2008 and on.
